Not sure if it would work but with Firefox you can select (highlight) the image by holding down your left mouse button and dragging is over what you want to copy (you may have to start your selection with the beginning of the text below the image), and once it is selected (highlighted), release the left mouse button and right click within the selected area and choose "View selection source" and then copy the highlighted text, and paste that.
