One day after a number of Atlanta police officers called in sick, prompting rumors of a mass walkout in protest of murder charges filed against a former officer, a police foundation announced Thursday that it had given every officer in the city a $500 bonus.
The bonuses, which reportedly total more than $2 million, are part of a broader effort to “stem attrition and boost morale,” the Atlanta Police Foundation said in a statement to local media outlets. In addition to the money, which was provided through donations, the foundation also plans to replace at least 20 patrol cars that have been damaged during the ongoing protests that have consumed the city for weeks, WSB reported.

I’m sure that $500 will go a long way when they arrest you for doing your job. Anything that shows the truth about black crime must be hidden. Every police show has been removed from television because they showed the truth about black crime. Almost every episode of the First 48 was a black person murdering another black person. I would guess it was at least 90% of the cases. Atlanta was one of the cities on the show. I bet the murder rate in that city goes up a lot over the next few months.

What is your life, just another notch in some BLM’s gun, worth? Without conflict, the whole thing losses steam. And in some cases, like chop in Seattle, creates the expectation of crime and harm. So people learn to work around it and it has no effect. Without effect, all it does is generate blame. And that is in the hands of the, once faceless, local bureaucrats failures.
This “offering” is not an incentive. It is a tool to continue the hoax and keep certain people out of the loop of blame. Step forward, be counted! And this tact is not new. The libs have been throwing money at problems for years to kick them down the road until it no longer effects them. More than a century of it.
