China already has a larger middle class than the U.S. does.

Forbes is liberal, fake republican mag...used to be a great investment read, but now it is just a “keep up with the Kardashians “ equivalent.

“There is no mystery as to why China will soon overtake the U.S. as the world’s leading technological, economic and military superpower if current trends continue,” says Duncan, author of The New Depression: The Breakdown Of The Paper Money Economy. Ultimately, he says, “there’s only one way for the U.S. to retain its global preeminence: it must invest more than China.”

Wishville must overwhelm reality.

The “before” the Chinese caused Kung Flu and Democrat caused BLM Trump’s Economy or the “after” Chinese caused Kung Flu and Democrat caused BLM Trump’s Economy?

“What if the U.S. had the economic equivalent of a Sputnik moment and the White House failed to notice?”

You mean like Slow Joe, who said last year that he told Obama “China is not our problem”?

Notice the headline says “Trump’s economy” and not “US economy”. That tells you what the motivation is for writing the article.

It is simple. We have committed national suicide. Self inflicted wounds out the yang. And I doubt it will get much better.

And Forbes pisses themselves at the thought.

At last! Our CCP paymasters work is bearing fruit!

Excellent. We can stop providing foreign aid to every damn country in the world, and explain that China is richer than we are now, so go ask them.

China is old old old and not rich. From the American Enterprise Institute, read Nicholas Eberstadt’s exhaustive but readable take on China demographics:
https://www.aei.org/research-products/report/chinas-demographic-outlook-to-2040-and-its-implications-an-overview/

Xi Jinping is the world’s worst actor but he overextended badly, trying in his international affairs to compensate for the devastation created by the one child policy. When Trump came to office, his plans went south, and he is suddenly very badly injured and exposed.

Xi is gravely dangerous not because he will take over the world, but because he is badly wounded and as vicious as any animal ever.

This reminds me of the late 1980s when Japan was on the verge of surpassing the U.S. economy and leaving us in the dust.

More than 30 years later and still waiting.

Now Japan is a fine country and they do a lot of things right (like limiting immigration for instance). But they are no where close to surpassing the USA.

Beijing’s aggressive investments in 5G and other technologies, with President Donald Trump focused on bringing back coal, is its own “national emergency.”

So who ever wrote is probably a fan of Greta’s an is totally in love with 5G.

I have asked this question before how is 5g going to benefit my wife and I?

We have two Chrome books which are blazing faster than my office paper weight, a windows pos!

Our chromebooks do searches and send mails/texts at the push of a button. My wife is using her Chrome book to read a Kindle book. I have Kindle on my Chrome for heavy duty stuff and an almost 2 year old Kindle for my fun reading and my 24/7 weather update from a neighbor’s expensive system for free. I use the Kindle to clear our emails faster than my smart phone. It is now 96.8 degrees with 18% humidity and 3 miles per hour, hot wind from a station about 125 yards from where I live.

Nixle provides me with any warnings I need via my Chromebook or smart phone.

I pay 99% of our bills and 100% of online orders via my Chrome book. Many of the bills are now auto pay, and I don’t have to do anything.

We have 2 Samsung smart phones, which are fast and cheap for us buy, operate and to use.

I don’t to need to hear that 5 g is like a new moon launch.

China will eventually surpass the US on GDP. They have 4 times as many people so of course they will. But they will have a much more difficult time passing us on GDP per capita, and that is the statistic that determines your standard of living.

They said this about the Soviets, and they said it about the Japanese. I’m not sure about the latter, but you couldn’t believe any figures that came out of the Soviet Union, and likewise you can’t believe anything put forward by the Red Chinese. It should be your default position.

What is really comical, if you think about it, is that
Forbes sees nothing wrong with letting China eat our
lunch with trade.

So this article is dumbfoundingly idiotic.
