Facebook has a secret “Diversity Initiative Board” that governs the latest diversity push by the company, but those in the know are ordered to keep its existence quiet, according to an alleged internal HR report obtained by Project Veritas.

According to the Project Veritas report, the alleged Facebook memo explains that the Diversity Initiative Board (DIB) will be allowed to recommend termination or reeducation in a “Diversity Training” program for any unlucky Facebook employee who gets in the way of the company’s new diversity initiative.

The alleged memo, intended for Facebook employees working in the company’s HR department, insists that the existence and operations of the DIB be kept as secret as possible.

Facebook acts an awful lot like the Deep State.

If it quacks like a duck, good chance it is a duck.

“Non-diverse employees should be encouraged to ‘yield the floor’ to diverse workers in an effort to foster more diverse thought and opinion,” says the alleged report.”

Sound too much like a fake report created to see who would believe it.

To me, it sounds just like other stuff that liberals say. Here's one example from 2009:

The migration from MySpace to Facebook was not organic. It was a top down psy-op.

More like the ‘spokesperson’ for the politically correct, a place to go to learn what is acceptable from the perspective of the ‘woke ones’.

So glad my wife decided on her own to disassociate from Facebook. (FWIW, she thinks Rush Limbaugh is a liberal.)

When Intel hired the head of HR from the Obama team back in 2012, and in the org chart had the CEO, Paul Otellini reporting to her, I knew Intel was in serous trouble.
Paul retired, handed the task to two people we had never heard of and then Intel started “mandated diversity” hiring.

The company hasn’t been the same since.
I had the honor of working for two of the greatest CEO’s ever.

Andy Grove
Paul Otellini

Before my time and also Great CEO’s:
Bob Noyce
Gordon Moore

Craig Barrett was forced out for his mistakes pushing Rambus and Itanium.
BK was forced out for his failure on just about everything he touched.

It’s likely that Zuckerberg wouldn’t want the same across the Israeli economy and politics, so I wonder what strategy lies behind the strange administration movement. Division and slavery for all, perhaps?

It’s time to get away from popular social media and e-commerce sites, be good ol’ boys at home and start producing real, useful products at home. A good small farm tractor with all parts made in a much more distributed way would be a good beginning.

That is, no patents but with licenses that keep the plans and drawings free. And produce them all in many small, local shops. And no 3D plans (software too expensive and demanding on computer resources, no need) or unnecessary hydraulic transmissions or wheel motors (yeah, Transformers cool but not good for farm tractors). Learn to index gears on small, overhead milling machines (like the old Bridgeports).
