I can’t believe this guy was ever selected for 0-6. I suspect his relief from his assignment in the NSA and the OER’s that should have accompanied that never caught up with the promotion board before it convened and adjourned. This guy should never have made the 0-6 list and should be immediately scratched and processed for retirement. Hell, he doesn’t even meet the Army Weight Standards.
