New York (CNN Business) Facebook on Thursday said it had take action against ads run by President Trump's re-election campaign for breaching its policies on hate. The ads, which attacked what the Trump campaign described as "Dangerous MOBS of far-left groups," featured an upside-down triangle.
The Anti-Defamation League said Thursday the triangle "is practically identical to that used by the Nazi regime to classify political prisoners in concentration camps."

The accusation is a major stretch. Personally, I'm unimpressed with the ad, all three of them. All three of which appear to use traffic signs. But the morons at Facebook and the ADL, can't they google.

Does anyone have a picture of the ad? What was the triangle, and how did they link it to Nazism?See my post 47 which has the ad. There is no link to Nazism, rather to traffic signs. You'll note the three ads are all traffic signs.More and more I believe there are still saboteurs in the Trump Administration. The upside down triangle? Why do that? Are they all complete idiots or worse?
I wouldn't be surprised if it was a form of "sabotage". IMO they're lousy ads, and the traffic signs add nothing. As to the one with the triangle, I can't imagine why that would be in the add any more than the two yellow ads. If nothing else, Trump's ad people should know they'll be attacked for anything no matter how absurd, and be careful with their symbols.

I could be mistaken but I believe those charts may have been camp specific. They’re often identified by camp, and there were a lot of other categories which weren’t on there. POWs got an uninverted red triangle, so those traffic signs are bad. Roma males brown. And there were more sub-classifications than that chart shows. Which is what makes me think they’re camp specific.

They’ve overstepped, as have Twitter and Google. They may feel safe no legislation will be passed now, but it seems to me this issue could end up being resolved in the courts.
