The vote was 5-to-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts casting the decisive fifth vote that sought to bridge the liberal and conservative wings of the court.
Huh?
So the court is saying Trump’s intentions were cruel, so he can’t make an Executive decision in good faith. I thought the whole point of being the Executive was to make decisions, and the public can then sort out if it was in bad faith or not?
Sounds like this amounts to a terrible over reach and another shackle added to the office of POTUS.
