Atlanta will see a mass exodus of the middleclass. It is basically a sh*thole with white suburbs that support it.
Leave now or it will be too late.
In town property values had skyrocketed over the last 10 years, with lots of gentrification in previously sketchy neighborhoods. It will be interesting to see how those property values trend.
Maybe it’s time for General Sherman to call in?
