The first cop was staying cool until he had backup, wisely as it turns out, since one on one with Brooks would likely have left him dead. I don’t get people defending the public menace child abuser and justifying numerous felonies because of a cops curbside manner. Pathetic.
Why didn't the officer shoot Brooks while they were struggling on the ground? Just curious.
