I am one of those who said these videos are creating more white racists.

I hate euphemysms and like straight talk, so I tend to use hyperbole. When I say “racist” in this context, I really mean “prejudice”.

So when I see videos like this, I get more and more prejudice against certain black people. That is not racist per se. I don’t want to see blacks oppressed or to have reduced rights. I want all people to be happy and black people should enjoy all the Constitutional rights and benefits that all other Americans enjoy.

We predudge constantly, and that is a good thing as it keeps us safe and serves us in a myriad of useful ways. So what I mean is, with all these videos, if I see a group of young black men and they aren’t wearing suits and ties, or at least sport shirts and khakis, I just assume they could be ferral thugs and I give them wide berth.

WIthout a doubt in m mind, the majority to whom I give wide berth are probalby not ferral thugs, but I don’t even take the chance these days. There are great numbers of black gang-banger look-a-likes who are not violent and don’t condone it, but I can’t tell who’s who from a distance, so I just avoid them all like the plague.

Now, I don’t want to live within 10 miles of a neighborhood with black people who don’t wear suits and ties or at least sport shirts and khakis, etc., and a half-hour away is even better. I don’t want the risk.

This is my approach. Sadly, I think a lot of people walk straight into danger because they are too afraid to be seen as prejudging someone. People need to develop the courage to say to themselves "I don't like the look of this" and take the proper precautions regardless of what someone may think.
