If you use a firearm in self defense against this mob of communists, you better keep using it against the kneelers when they come to put you in the cage.
The guys shouting “I’ll Kill You” the entire time 2 of them are jumping this guy...
What the hell are the cops arresting him for?
Politics... will get thrown out in court.
Here is another view of the attack on Mr. Baca and his self defense response:
This video has been removed and censored from Youtube, and ZERO media outlets, including Fox News, will mention it or show it.
They are all, without exception, pushing the “peaceful protestor” and “far-right militia” narrative.
Evidently Tucker Carlson was only partially correct.
Violence is only successful when used by a certain segment of the population. It’s open season on the rest of the citizenry.
Whatever the outcome, his lawyer needs to make sure he maintains his right to keep firearms.
Thanks for the further information.
Based upon what I read in this thread, combined with several videos of the incident that I watched that showed that it was clearly self defense against several people, including at least one black-clad Antifa thug, I can only conclude that the guy was primarily arrested because he has been critical of the politicians who run Albuquerque and had the temerity to run for office to oppose them.
And The NM ‘Civil Guard’ members arrested for keeping the Antifa crowd from continuing to attack the guy while he is sitting in the street, apparently stunned at what just happened.
The story was updated in the past hour to include this statement (complete with picture) from the lawyer for the "protestor" who was shot while attacking Baca. The spin is underway:
Laura Schauer Ives, an attorney for the family, said Williams has devoted his life to seeking equality and justice for all.
When Steven Baca repeatedly attacked peaceful protestors in Albuquerque last night, Scott took bullets for the community he cares about, Schauer Ives said in a statement. While he did, the Albuquerque Police Department hid behind the Albuquerque museum, refused to respond to multiple requests for help, and only sent officers in once shots were fired.
Here is a link to the best video collection of the incident I found late last night. Interestingly, even at BitChute it was ‘unavailable’ for several hours after I first saw it, but it is working right now:

(by best video collection, I don’t mean best cinematography; just showing what happened from several views)
The Spanish heritage citizens on NM are suddenly finding their own history being erased.
Wait till the protestors find out that Pope’, instigator of the 1670 Pueblo Revolt, was not the Saint he has been made out to be.
Demonstrators climb the statue of Don Juan de Onate in Old Town while an armed member of the New Mexico Civil Guard stands by during a protest Monday. (Adolphe Pierre-Louis/Albuquerque Journal)
Benjamin Crump has nothing on this shyster.
That only works if you are legal and 'clean', as in you didnt incite in some way yourself. So did the guy start something with the pepper spray? There will be more to this.
He followed that up by shouting RUN, RUN, after hearing the sound of gunfire.
There's a lesson in there somewhere...
Thanks, much better than the one with the OP. Good shot.
That will cause many conundrums to the Antifa -#BLM alliance.
Are they going to head to Santa Fe next and tear down the Palace of the Governors? Or are they going to just stick with tearing down statues for now?
After Baca shot Williams it was only the presence of the “Civil Guard” that kept Williams from again being beaten up. Without them the clearly incensed crowd was intent on enacting revenge on Baca.
There are lot of pasty honky kids in that pic.
The shooter used the pepper spray to get away from the attacking mob. When they caught up with him again he shot Williams.
Frankly it looks as though any potential attackers of Mr. Baca cleared out after the shooting. They knew he had a gun and would use it if threatened.
