World War 3: India slaughters 5 Chinese soldiers in bloody massacre- border tensions erupt
FIVE Chinese soldiers were killed and 11 injured during violent clashes at the China-India border, which has sparked fears of World War 3.
There were losses on both sides of the battle as one of the Indian army's officers and two soldiers were killed in a "violent faceoff" at Galwan Valley, one of the four clash points in the eastern Ladakh sector. These are the first reported casualties in decades to result from a clash between the nuclear-armed Asian giants. China has not yet confirmed the deaths or numbers of injured. India's army said on Tuesday senior military officials from both sides were meeting in a desperate bid to calm tensions.

If actual shooting starts, the Indians will be beaten badly. If the Indian Air Forces tries to challenge, China’s superior aircraft, electronics and armaments will result in a turkey shoot. China will control the air. Indian land forces will not be supported or resupplied. Sorry but that is just the way it is. Hopefully The US has observers in place to learn.

No, this most likely is not the start of WWIII.
If true, depending on how many people were involved, that must have been a particularly sustained and vicious hand-to-hand fight to result in so many casualties.
India doesn’t stand a chance in an open hot war with China.
I suspect China is to blame.
India does not have remotely the capacity to “bloody” China’s nose... if a hot war were to break out between these two countries, India would be overrun almost instantly.
They don’t have the military capacity, let alone the fighting skills and discipline to take on the Chinese Military in open conflict.
It would be a bloodbath for India, if these two nations had an open hot conflict.
China IMO is gradually escalating tensions. Seems like they want a war with India. Their actions in many sectors in and around China seems to indicate they may be spoiling, girding for a war. It would I suspect help them to revive their failing economy. Wars tend to do that for countries.
India’s not much of a friend of ours either...truth is both of these nations hate our guts. Kind of like the Chechen muslims vs. Arab muslims imbroglio...can’t wait to see both of them lose.
I’m sure no one has forgotten, but just a reminder:
BOTH sides have nuclear weapons.
If it looks like one or the other might be at a severe disadvantage (likely India), someone could decide that a desperate measure needed to be done.
