We’re getting ready... we expect much growth out here in rural AZ. Lots of land... low cost of living and taxes. Lots of sun (sometimes too much though) but a very nice and slow quality of life. Only an hour from Las Vegas and 2 from Flagstaff where you can go skiing.

There is heavy demand right now in rural real estate. I’m rural and the price of my home jumped over $150k.
It’s terrible here in Arkansas. You city people wouldn’t like it. ;)
