Exactly correct, then do what OBammy did when he didn't like the USSC's ruling: ignore it. What are they gonna do, rule again and "mean it this time?"

Totally agree. Stop playing the defensive approach by trying to use the legal process. Just enforce the damn laws, and make the other side have to wind their way through the process.

This should be common practice. Start ignoring these lower rulings, and proceed with upholding the law.

That’s right, force them to hear the case through another executive order. He’ll do it too, I hope.

There’s a HUGE justification for enforcing the laws on the books that not even the left can argue against. GOP just never thinks about it.

1) VISAs are almost impossible for the average people in many if not most countries in Central and South America because of our own government’s failure to enforce the laws already on the books.

a) Failure to track VISA holders in the USA and be sure they leave the country by the time their VISA expires.

i: Results in requiring VISA applicants in many nations to prove they have so much land and money in the bank in their own country that they would never want to overstay their VISA and leave their wealth behind. This means that the RINOs/Dems have created a situation where only the rich elites of those nations (usually non-brown people (because white latinos normally have the power in those countries) are welcome - all others need not apply.

If Trump got ALL that he wants with immigration, there would never be the worry of overtstaing VISAs and this would result in more tourist VISAs to more people other than rich elites of those nations.

If we track them and enforce the laws there would be no reason to make VISAs so difficult to get (obviously anybody coming to visit needs to prove they have the cash to support their vacation). Trump is indeed much more pro-immigration than those RINOS/Democrats who do nothing but hurt the people trying to come here legally even if it’s just for a vacation.
