Trump needs to force their hand and start enforcing the laws on the books

There’s a HUGE justification for enforcing the laws on the books that not even the left can argue against. GOP just never thinks about it.

1) VISAs are almost impossible for the average people in many if not most countries in Central and South America because of our own government’s failure to enforce the laws already on the books.

a) Failure to track VISA holders in the USA and be sure they leave the country by the time their VISA expires.

i: Results in requiring VISA applicants in many nations to prove they have so much land and money in the bank in their own country that they would never want to overstay their VISA and leave their wealth behind. This means that the RINOs/Dems have created a situation where only the rich elites of those nations (usually non-brown people (because white latinos normally have the power in those countries) are welcome - all others need not apply.

If Trump got ALL that he wants with immigration, there would never be the worry of overtstaing VISAs and this would result in more tourist VISAs to more people other than rich elites of those nations.

If we track them and enforce the laws there would be no reason to make VISAs so difficult to get (obviously anybody coming to visit needs to prove they have the cash to support their vacation). Trump is indeed much more pro-immigration than those RINOS/Democrats who do nothing but hurt the people trying to come here legally even if it’s just for a vacation.

Concur at post 100

Enforce the law. Period.

The legislation says “X” so enforce “X”

SCOTUS is not supposed to legislate.

The court has shown how shallow and lawless they really are. Creatures of a corrupt D.C. culture where no law exist that cannot be rewrite to obtain the desired results on a case by case basis.

We need to rally all those Americans that still believe in freedom of law that only the legislator can change to a convention to form a new country separate and independent of the lawless mob that clearly runs this one.

A country to re-secure our rights there are 2 paths before us to be tried in session:
1: political
2: military.

The 1st consist of convening the lawless mob to at least temporarily agree to let us go in peace, the 2nd consist of a plain to deal with their efforts to crush our right self-government by making it unwinnable and unpalatable.

The left have already done much of the leg work for said revolution although they have no idea how to make anything actually work merely how to make everyone as miserable as they are.

Well all we have to do is seek an alternative without them.

Can’t enforce immigration law. Can enforce slave cake baking and quotas on private business for transgender employees.

Actually the deep state has been promoting sanctuary land since Reagan’s 1986 amnesty. The moneyed elite want America to become third world, where they can then plunder Fort Knox and the Treasury via debt, because they own the media and voters are clueless.

For a long time people believed that a law was constitutional or not because of what the supreme court decided. Now it is becoming obvious that if you call a dog’s tail a leg he still only has four legs or as I say’ “The supreme court can call me an eagle if they want to but they can’t make me fly.”

Today, if you own a business, you are required to comply with whatever crazy idea the lefties come up with. And now, with the full support of the Supreme Court, the crazies can target your business and destroy it for any arbitrary reason, using some phony basis of discrimination against the latest lefty fad.

So, if they say you are an eagle and you have to fly, and you try and try but can't fly, you have to close up shop.

The left and big corporate interests hate small business. Most small business owners tend to be conservatives. Big business are ideologically corporatists and globalists not conservative. Republican Party still has its donor roots there and that’s why some cover for Google and Facebook and Amazon
