Too long. Good grief. Here’s the thumbnail. Because Soros told Ellison, we need chaos to get PDJT out of office, so upgrade the charge to 2nd degree, which will be nearly impossible.

That is my feeling as well. By keeping for the man to upgrade the charges to second Degree and buy some Reports demanding first-degree murder charges as well, it increases the chance of them not getting a conviction because they overcharged. It appears some crime was committed, however I doubt They will be able to convict on murder as the restraint method was approved by the Minneapolis police.

Too long indeed. I should hope the jury is presented with all this information. They will have hours upon days to figure it out.

Last week Judge Jeanine was arguing that Chauvin should be charged with first degree murder.

A lot may depend on the makeup of the jury.

This article is not the best writing, but it is full of very important information.

My personal approach has been to wait before we decide.

That excited delirium can make a person literally capable of wrestling groups of men to the ground.

The idea that Chauvin was being arrogant to keep Floyd on ground may not be so.

Let’s wait.

This analysis is the bedrock of Chauvin's defense. It is presented in such a way as to show that beyond a reasonable doubt for the criminal charges may well be impossible.

A white paper used by the MPD acknowledges that ExDS suspects may die irrespective of force involved.

This is the first I've heard this exculpatory evidence.

Again, this is a well laid out defense for trial.

Exactly. Add to that the fact that Ellison is an unqualified hack, race baiter. And an attention where looking to make a name for himself and then run for a higher office. According to his old uncle Joe all he needs is to be clean and articulate.

TL/DR. Thanks for the summary.
