A very good analysis of the facts of the George Floyd case.
It explains much of the exculpatory evidence which has been emerging, and shows how much of the evidence has been omitted in the Media coverage.
Non Sequitur. Once a constrained person passes out clock restarts.
You may recall one Jeffrey Dahmer. He was sentenced to life for murder and cannibalism. The court of The Real World had another idea; within three years of sentencing, when the authorities relaxed their vigilance, the true penalty was carried out.
If you think Chauvin will ever be forgotten by his fellow inmates or even neighbors, should he be so lucky, let's get together. Have I got a deal for you!
Since you seem rational. Is Chauvin charged with manslaughter or not. I see many conflicting versions. There is no way a rational jury can convict on a Murder charge. Manslaughter is a slam dunk.
I’d appreciate your thoughts.
A steaming pile of self published garbage from medium? If this is the best defense those dirty cops have they are in big trouble.
The analysis suffers from virtue signalling. To claim the police actions were horrendously wrong, but in line with MPD training and guidance is nonsensical.

I'm guessing that the body cams show a very unflattering picture of an aggressive, non compliant George Floyd. This ruins the narrative established for St. Floyd, gives arm chair defense attorneys ammo to debunk the charges against Derik Chauvin, and will further inflame the BLM rioters.
How about murder charges——To the one who sold him the drugs!
