“How on earth could Trump be blamed for such a failed prosecution?”

Easy.

DNC controlled media and a democrat electorate with the collective IQ of a fruit fly.

Just look at how many of them still believe the Russian collusion BS.

“Officer Chauvin, did you have access to George Floyd’s blood and toxicology reports when you arrived at the scene?”

The case is not about George Floyd’ blood toxicology report. The case is about Derek Chauvin’s actions and if those actions contributed to or led to the death of George Floyd.

According to Minneapolis Police Department policy, a neck restraint can only be used against a suspect who is actively resisting.

When the police officer checked George Floyd’s neck for a pulse, he was non-responsive, had stopped talking and appeared to have stopped breathing. Ergo they checked for a pulse.

Keeping his knee on Floyd’s neck for another 2:50 is what will convict him. There is no justification. He was breaking policy, and it is recognized as a dangerous restraint. Floyd is dead and the autopsies do NOT rule out the likelihood that Chauvins actions contributed to Floyd’s death.

The video of the bystanders pleading with Chauvin to get his knee off of the neck of a man they had in handcuffs will be what convicts him, not what was in his blood or some medical diagnoses that Chauvin had no ability to make.

“Officer Chauvin, why did you keep your knee on George Floyd’s neck for 2 minutes and 48 seconds AFTER your partner felt it was necessary to check for a pulse?”

Don’t mistake me as a cop-hater or anything like that. I think the cops in Atlanta were completely justified in the shooting of the guy who was fighting with them. Chauvin messed up, and that is a fact.

One thing for sure, if you would happen to be on that jury that didn’t convict him of murder, “they” will find you afterwards.

Has anyone given any thought to the possibility that bumping up the charges would never result in a conviction but instead cause more rioting upon these officers being cleared of any wrong doing.

Otherwards it was done for more murder and mayhem at a later date. Given what i have seen so far i strongly think this is the case here.

That’s true, but I do believe it has long been that way. There may indeed be something to that assertion, since the race conscious people, if true to their own behavior patterns, would long ago have broken off hispanics.

That’s why a bench trial would be the best bet for the officers, (depending on the judge assigned of course). If the motion to dismiss is not granted for the two rookies, they need to request separate trials because of the “prejudice” against Chauvin. They need to be severed from Chauvin so that their defense is not tainted by the evidence against Chauvin.

I said previously They should be going for negligent homicide not murder two. You can still do 10 years for that.

Exactly so. Video can be very misleading.

It is like we are enacting the Rodney King fiasco all over again.

It is a desperation play by the Media to keep Trump from re-election, but he is not playing their game.

Hispanics are a major demographic, yet are not shown FBI crime statistics. Either the FBI a) thinks they neither offend nor are victimized, or b) there is a political purpose.

B. By rolling them into the "white" category, it conceals an uncomfortable truth: that the *true* white crime rates are comparable to a white country like Switzerland, or Finland.

I don’t know if it’s true, but I saw one article a few years ago which indicated that if a Hispanic person is the victim of a crime, they are counted as a minority, and the “hate crimes against minorities” count goes up. But is the Hispanic commits a crime, they are counted as White and the “crimes committed by Whitey” count goes up.

probably true, but it's not reflected in the graphic at the beginning of this thread.

It shows whites, blacks, Asians, Pacific islanders; as if Hispanics don't even exists.

Floyd was a very dangerous man, trained as a bouncer, muscular and six feet 7 inches!! a giant.

He had an enlarged heart and heart trouble.
He had Covid-19, suppressing his respiration.
He has high as a kite on Fentanyl, which causes respiratory depression and death.
He was high on meth which made him agitated and dangerous.

He struggled against several officer for about ten minutes resisting being placed in the cop car (where he would have been safe) and about another ten after three cops pinned him to the ground. Chauvin applied his knee on the neck to pin him down, as he was trained to do and as described in the police handbook for that precinct.

Floyd did not die by asphyxiation

I rule it suicide by cop, and the cop Chauvin should be exonerated.

And why in the world would anyone assume this was related to racial bias? That just shows the racism of the people making that assumption.

Floyd and Chauvin knew each other and I think worked together as bouncers at one point in the same establishment. If there was any animosity it was personal.

I am tired of the racist and violent ‘Black Lives matter’ turning the USA into another Venezuela.
(I left Venezuela at 16 years old and it pains my hear to see how quickly it was taken over by socialists, destroying that beautiful country. The same will happen here.)

I heard a caller to Alex Marlow on Sirius XM's Breitbart News Daily this morning repeat my theory of an October Surprise.

Marlow was skeptical that the trial would be fast-tracked, but he didn't dismiss it outright.
