This is an interesting discussion of originalism and how different "conservative" judges, including the two Trump-appointed justices and a couple of his potential nominees, see it differently when it comes to criminal justice cases.

Vague law is no law.

Plain meaning of words is needed.

Majority got this correct, but for differing reasons.

Now if we would review 2nd Amd and Roe cases with plain language, we’d be getting somewhere.

Plain language reading of the 2Amd would invalidate every weapons law and regulation on the books. “...shall not be infringed” wording is absolute. No law.
