I have SiriusXM Satellite Radio. When I am not listening to the Patriot Station, I am tuned in to one of several country music stations. When the Dixie Chicks play, I change the station. And now when Lady Antebellum plays, I will change the station. Unlike broadcast radio, which relies upon surveys to count the listening audience, SiriusXM counts listeners in real time, and so if enough of us tune out liberal PC scum, they will get the messsage.
Huh? Maybe on their computer interface, but I thought their satellite receivers were receive only thus could not provide rating information.
Not me, like their songs and style.
Never bought any of their stuff never will.
Wont deprive myself of what I enjoy cause someone else is an asshole
I do the same.
And not just for country stations.
My XM channels are very few.
148 is the main one.
Great minds think alike. I too have quickly changed the channel when Dixie Chicks come on. I also have Patriot as one of my favorites. As well as Y2Kountry; Highway; Outlaw Country, Prime Country, Classic Rewind, Deep Tracks, Loft, Spectrum, 80s, 70s. And a few others.
The Highway is one of my go-to stations but a major annoyance is that morning show they do with that Stormy Warren. He's another one of those virtue signalers who is always trying to let everybody know how "virtuous" he is on every social issue. At least his sidekick "MC" tends to steer him back when he gets too far off the track.
