To: Paladin2

The next election decides whether we still have a country or not. I for one am exhausted by ever higher stakes with every election. Years ago you won, you lost and things shifted little one way or the other. That is finished from here on out the country is on the line with every election.

At some point many Democrats will abandon radical leftism and racism as the only reason for their existence. They will want security and freedom. Their bastions in group thinking urban centers will dwindle.

I agree, very problematic.

I here I though I could move [did...] and coast it out to my end of times.

Very high acceleration of change this year. Seems unlikely to diminish.

Plus, the really frustrating thing is that if the normals win by some freak of nature, it only puts off the next high stakes hurdle till the next election. If the anti-normals win, they will try to fundamentally change the game so that they can never be kicked out. So not only is it high stakes, but asymmetrically high.
