One thing you can take to the bank - it will be a black female. The day after the 2016 election, I told colleagues that Kamala Harris would be the Dem candidate in 2020. Only because she was such a poor candidate, she isn’t. I think the she will be on the ticket as the VP - she checks a lot of boxes in the age of identity politics.

She cannot be VP, and there will be a LOT of real serious points made of her heritage. She is Indian(East Indian) and Jamaican. Big problem. And she is universally disliked everywhere with the exception of Californication. You do know that Willie Brown (who knows) has said many times she has no political future in the Executive, not as President or as a VP for other reasons which will come out. Dope, for one.
