I use a fake name and I never have co=workers on my media. Barely any family.
What little I use, the same except no family.
I’m looking at turning off some things such as Smugmug as well. Never sold a thing off there but my port used to help me get side photo jobs. It’s all boring stuff but who knows what will be deemed bad.
My GH4 has probably been powered on a dozen times this year.
I used to enjoy photography and video production.
One of the stock agencies I used to send to the most has cut the commission rates to where they were over 10 years ago. I see very little point in submitting and will turn that off soon.
It will get to the point where that won’t be enough. They will demand that you’ve actively praised BLM is Social Media. Having no social online presence at all, will be enough for them to accuse you of “being silent”.
Hah I do the same. Mainly because I don’t want my business clients to ‘find’ me. But I don’t do politics, etc. on social media anyway so there’s that. I just want my personal stuff kept personal...away from my clients eyes. I have one that keeps leaving me voicemails that doesn’t know I’ve been on vacation...in Vegas. lol
