Thanks for the list. One can research each point to get a more detailed understanding.

For example, reading the Flynn-Kislyak Dec 29 2016 transcript there is no discussion of “sanctions” yet Flynn agreed to plead guilty to lying to FBI about the discussion of sanctions. Amazing, just amazing and he had white shoe K-Street law firm connected to Eric Holder.

It appears that Flynn wanted to lay the diplomatic foundation for working with Russia on big Middle East problem (which was being dumped on them by obozo-biden -my opinion). The “tit-for-tat” discussion between Flynn-Kislyak was related to expectation that obozo was to levy a penalty against Russia for cybercrimes. But sanctions were never discussed. What it also indicates was the obozo administration was not transitioning power to Trump. Why?

In an country that once believed in the peaceful transfer of power, no matter the party, Flynn should have had briefings on what obozo was going to do with Russia before the call. Of course obozo would have to take in to consideration what the next administration’s foreign policy priorities were going to be so that in the end the interests of the USA as a country would be first no matter the POTUS.

In other words, obozo had to take Trump’s foreign policy interests into consideration in his response to Russia cybercrimes, and at the same time obozo would have to tell Trump what was going on that might modify how Trump might start out with the Russians. Hence, obozo would have to tell Trump (Flynn) about the nature of the Russia cybercrimes so Trump could understand why there needed to be penalties before Trump took office. EXCEPT obozo couldn’t because ..... it was a hoax .... they used Russia to spy on Trump.

17. Denial The calls “had nothing whatsoever to do with the sanctions,” incoming Vice President Mike Pence told CBS News on Jan. 15, 2017, in an interview the network almost wholly dedicated to questions about Russia.

This wasn’t completely true.

Kislyak did bring up the issue of sanctions during the call, though Flynn didn’t engage him in a conversation on the topic.

Flynn raised the issue of the expulsions, which is technically a separate issue from sanctions, though both were announced at the same time. He asked for “cool heads to prevail” and for Russia to only respond reciprocally, as further escalation into a “tit for tat” could lead to the countries shutting down each other’s embassies, complicating future diplomacy.

18. ‘Blackmailable’ Yates said she wanted to inform Trump’s White House about the Kislyak calls as Russia would know that what Pence said wasn’t true and could thus blackmail Flynn with the information, according to an Aug. 15, 2017, FBI report from her interview with the Mueller team.

According to Ruskin, this was hardly a blackmail situation, which ordinarily involves serious compromising information, such as evidence of bribery or sexual misconduct.

Comey acknowledged to Congress in March 2017 that the idea that Flynn was compromised struck him “as a bit of a reach.”

These are the two that get me. The FBI notes said “what is our goal, to get him fired or prosecuted?” (para)

They got him fired over a bunch of BS that they feloniously fed to the media and the new Trump administration fell for it.

Trump fell for it.

The one guy who was potentially most loyal (Flynn) was jettisoned over NOTHING. Priebus and Co. must have been wound in knots because the media was saying Flynn lied to Pence. Pence was clueless. Trump was clueless. I suppose they had no reason to know what a dirty game the FBI and DOJ were playing with a willing media to harm the President.

I would be willing to bet that if Trump had one mulligan he would not have selected Sessions as AG. However, I bet in the back of his own mind that Trump would love to have a mulligan on Flynn.

Comey and Yates basically removed Trump’s own selection to be DNI over a lie. A lie they created based on a selective transcript they feloniously leaked to the media. They engineered the entire thing and the Trump White House fell for it. Priebus and the GOPe types immediately told the President they had to get rid of Flynn.

Nobody demanded the proof as we had no AG. There was nobody who could demand to see the proof.

How would Trump’s first term have been different had he demanded to see the proof before he fired Flynn? He was forced to trust the GOPe types he was surrounded with at the beginning of his Presidency who said “we have to get rid of Flynn because the media is screaming. The deep state claimed its first scalp.

The Flynn matter is the perfect explanation for what the deep state did to Trump with their media allies.

Schumer said it best - Appearing on “The Rachel Maddow Show,” Schumer said, “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.”

The Intel community (including the FBI) did not want Flynn.
