In light of how things are trending, why would anybody use a black doctor, a black engineer, a black accountant or a black anything that requires minimum standards? Do the people peddling this disparate treatment not realize they are doing substantial harm to the very people they’re trying to help?

“Those people” have no integrity, and inevitably displaced those more capable.
Punished for refusing to give an advantage to one race of students? Sure seems like an easy lawsuit.
