More like 1968 actually

I’ll give the kids of 1968 or a little more leeway though they had the following to deal with

The Vietnam war

The assassination of Martin Luther King

The assassination of Bobby Kennedy

Those kids and 68 we’re also dealing with the emergence of lysergic acid diethylamide the 25th isomer LSD

But just knowing that your brothers and sisters were overseas dying in a jungle for no reason at all and then you could be drafted into that hellacious conflict was really a good enough reason for me to understand their angst and protesting in the streets

Kids these days are simply spoiled brats

i like the 1972 analogy... when after the 4 at Kent State got killed, “how could they kill the poor protestors”...the “invasion” of Cambodia...Nixon still won 49 states...
