Funny how so many articles claim it's a 'zone of peace" but the above declaration belies it all.
Should work just fine. No one in Seattle will do anything, Olympia certainly will not; as for the Federal government - its already shown that it will not act. So they are home free and can take over any city/state of their choosing without consequence.
