Too late for this I am afraid. Corporations learned lessons from the sexual harassment lawsuits of 20+ years ago. It is simply too easy to condemn someone for speaking inappropriately and avoid the lawsuit rather than support the truth and fight back.

Strange. My final assignment before I retired from the Air Force was as commander of an engineering unit. Over a third of my people were Blacks. All my engineers were graduates of reputable engineering colleges, including the Blacks. The technicians had been through Air Force technician school, or had certificates from community colleges. All were competent people, and all did good jobs. I was proud of them. For me it was the best assignment of a career full of good assignments. It left with a good opinion of Blacks. It pains me to see Blacks behaving in ways that discredit those good people I knew back then.
