According to National Public Radio, Biden did not attend the actual funeral because of concerns about his Secret Service detail causing a “distraction.” Hundreds of Houstonians lined up in the heat to say their goodbyes to Floyd, who attended high school in Houston and was involved with the city’s illustrious rap scene.

They knew the gaffes wouldn’t help and the Democrats have a terrible record with televised funerals.
I saw pictures of two family visits. Gov. Abbot was with Floyd’s immediate family, about eight people. Biden was with one of Floyd’s uncles and four politicians. Unless Biden had another meeting, is meeting with ONE uncle really ... meeting with THE family? Who cares, anyway.
