The Democratic Party is navigating a crossroads in realtime. The left, more broadly, has chosen its path. Joe Biden is now an unlikely bulwark.
It all comes down to one viral video. The relevant clip documents Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, a progressive Democrat, paying lip service to George Floyd protesters before being booed out of the crowd for meekly refusing demands to defund the police. Throw all the national polls and focus groups away—that constituency may soon be the only one that matters.

If they get their way on this, a proposal so radical it tests their ability to resist nonsense, the crowd that booed Frey will be the only focus groups national Democrats have to please. And as Frey’s failed attempt to quell the crowd illustrated, it’s not an easy group to please. Picture every Democrat presenting every part of their platform to the crowd of protesters in Minneapolis, then modifying it leftward until they pass the test. The crowd is small but growing; it already controls Hollywood and the media, and is loud enough on social media to inflate its influence.
At some point, academia’s exportation of inflexible cultural leftists into the working world hit critical mass. Abstract poststructuralist notions like “silence is violence” became mainstream because the left accrued enough cultural power to enforce the radical binary: progressivism or bigotry. It’s intimidating, from the classroom to the newsroom to the boardroom.
We’ve seen Democrats in power create sanctuary cities and deny the realities of biological sex. Defunding the police would complete the party’s transformation, which would be an ironic development during Joe Biden’s time as nominee, given that much of his constituency is averse if not hostile to the far left.

The present demoncratic party should be designated as a domestic terrorist organization along with their brown-shirt antifa. It should be banned as an entity within the confines of the USA.
They are gearing up for the rallies and conventions before the elections. Beginning With Trump announcing the start of rallies we could see some very ugly and violent clashes between us and them. The GOP convention could be another. We may all need to contribute
Poor Jacob looked like he was about 17. But he was right and the mob was not right.
The question is, at whom does he direct his counter punches? Nancy and Schumer are kneeling to that force, but it doesn't actually have a face...yet.
Consider that there are two restaurants in a town. One of them is four-star rated and serves the finest cuisine. The other sells shit sandwiches. Now, it does not follow that if the latter burns down the former, people will come a-running for the shit sandwiches. That seems, however, to be the prevailing opinion of the majority of Democrats.
On the other hand this tees it up for Joe, he’s seen the polls he will come out against it in a BS voice of reason move. I just hope there is video of Joe giving tepid support for it. As l recall he did that last week. If there is Trump can shred him with it.
I’d say with “The Squad” running this radical show, they’re going to box sleepy into a corner. I think next week when DJP starts his rallies, sleepy Joe will have to do the same and will no longer be able to hide in his basement. Plus, that will mean the DNC will have to hold their Convention as it happens. This is gonna be super popcorn time watching the protests, Sorry, I’m mean riots right there at their Convention.
Saw that video clip. Never seen a man be so emasculated in public like that one.
Not going to be easy for that guy to live with himself.
The Trump super pacs should relentlessly hit the Biden with that video clip.
When MS13 controls Minneapolis I wonder what BLM will want then?

Don’t go overboard with praise for “child mayor”, he has given in to the ANTIFA and BLM terrorists before, so you know he will again. His handlers better stock up on pampers as he will be going through them at a very rapid clip.

It will lead to a mass exodus of jobs and opportunities from the liberal cities. The poor will become even poorer and those without the resources to escape will be trapped in neighborhoods that will start looking more like Detroit every day.
