Yup. There is no IQ requirement for becoming a Christian. There are geniuses and there are mental stumps. And that is as it should be. All are welcome.

The real question is, why are non-land owners allowed to vote? This would weed out a lot of the stupid and incompetent.

I believe Jefferson made that proposal and it was rejected. Jefferson believed in a strong agrarian society controlled by land owners.

And I'm sure I don't have to tell you that most all the women governors and mayors are in deep dodo..
Never let them near the podium and NEVER let them vote..!
Don't get me wrong, I think they are plenty smart and all, it's just that they are always pissed off and want to kill something... (going to my bunker now).

Why do “Christians” vote for a party of infanticide and maoist terrorism? Simple. Because they aren’t, Christians that is. IMHO there are about 5% of Americans who exhibit lives of a biblical world view.

I am not for universal suffrage, but I might select a different hurdle. In my world, no one who is a net beneficiary from *any* jurisdiction in forbidden to vote there. Any Federal employees and SS/Fed welfare recipients (like me and Mrs. Crusher) are ineligible to vote for President, Senate, or Congress. State employees/welfare recipients cannot vote in state elections. County employees/welfare recipients cannot vote in the county elections, etc.

None of these folks have skin in the game, and if you do not have skin in the game you get no say in how the game is played.
