She looks pretty stupid to me. Riding a bike in high heels isn’t too bright, just sayin’. And she’s a member of the Minneapolis Clowncil. That right there qualifies a person as stupid. :) (Hat tip to Justice and Drew on am1130 KTLK for the term clowncil).
