When I was on the fringes of the left in my college days, two slogans were popular: "The urge to destroy is a creative urge;" and "Increase the contradictions." The "contradictions" referred to in the second slogan are the presumed contradiction in capitalist society: rich versus poor, labor versus capital, and race against race. EVERYTHING the left does is based on those principles.

The proposal to abolish police departments is intended to heighten violence, not reduce it. It is an attempt to increase social chaos to the point where people demand an authoritarian government to put an end to it. It is an attempt to increase violence to the point where people demand the confiscation of all firearms.

These are some crazy bastards. Even the ancient Egyptians had police. I feel sorry the good people who are stuck in this city.

No Federal troops into Minnie-no-police until after Trump is re-elected.

Indeed....a perfect example was the reasoning behind the fast and furious gun running.

. It is an attempt to increase violence to the point where people demand the confiscation of all.

This is absolutely what they are aiming for.
