A Brooklyn court officer was suspended and had her gun taken away after she posted a racist meme depicting former President Barack Obama being lynched.
Sgt. Terri Pinto Napolitano posted the vile meme to her Facebook over the weekend, showing former president Barack Obama swinging from a noose, according to screen grabs shared with the Daily News.

Sgt. Terri Pinto Napolitano
spot on freedom of expression
ITS NOT OVER TILL THE FAT LADY SWINGS.
HA HA.
she will win for freedom of expression and the taxpayers will pay the bill... when can the taxpayers sue the idiots that are elected.
Everybody knows that only Trump can be Lynched, what was she thinking?
Various players on the left were always depicting Bush being hanged, etc-they even made a movie about him being decapitated (of course, if Id known what good buddies he is with Clinton and Obama, I wouldnt have cared at the time).
Dang!
Someone should set up a GoFundMe page for her.
Wonder if she was doing an A vs. B test to collect data.
Now where are those progressives and lawyers who squeak I may disagree with what you say, but i will defend your right to say it.?
Equal protection under the law my a$$.
I think the good Sgt. referred to Maobama as a 'traitor', not a 'black man'. On what basis is it legitimate to excuse 'traitors' because they happen to be 'black traitors' (or half black in Maobama's case). That sounds like discrimination against 'white traitors', no?
Racist? Who can show that? It may be political...
She didn’t understand the ground rules. If she would have posted meme depicting Trump being lynched she probably would have been promoted.
Obama is black so she is fired for racism, the one thing that freedom of speech cannot touch.
Shes not wrong, yknow
Aint that good noose
Man aint that noose!
The Constitution doesn't say your expression will be free of consequences.
wrongful termination... it was not a picture of a lynching... but of a traitor being executed.
there is a difference... she wasn’t being racist, just what is supposed to happen to traitors.
we shall see. wrongful terminations have consequences...
