Personally I think he should enact a National Militia, strictly voluntary but with incentives. Supply the weapons, ammo, training and of course qualifications.

Mullen lead the ‘Benghazi Accountability Review Board’.
Mullen did not think it worth interviewing the Secretary of State- Hillary Clinton, to make determinations of actions taken by Hillary.
The ‘fix was in’ to help Hillary - and Mullen was sleazy enough to trade his reputation to provide cover for her. A person of integrity would have done a thorough investigation - but he ‘fixed it’ to help Hillary. That tells me he has NO integrity to search for the truth.
With each passing generaton of useful idiots communism/socialism/marxism needs to be repackaged and marketed as something new and REVOLUTIONARY. Like the same old sleazy get rich quick scams pushed as new ways to achieve instant financial wealth. Like buying real estate with no $$$ down. How anybody can make a killing in stocks regardless of market conditions. Investing thousands in the latest snake oil while building a downline or some other unworkable MLM/pyramid racket. They’ll tell you other systems failed because they were implemented wrong but THEY have a proven system that works. Those 4 deadly words, THIS TIME IT’S DIFFERENT. And like the red diaper abaies and hippies before them so many millenials fall for this crap like so many brainwashed little puppies.

Of course, if there were any honest reporting, when a guy like this makes a statement like “they aren’t enemies of the state” the immediate follow up should be “Please explain precisely what it takes for someone to be considered an enemy of the state.”
That is incorrect, I believe.
Stop me if I’m wrong but I believe the Oath reads, “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic and bear true faith and allegiance to same ...”
