For our country's sake, I pray you are wrong. Surely right thinking Americans can see the evil that is surrounding us and will come out in droves to vote for Trump.

Then we will be okay. If fifty percent of the military is fighting the other fifty percent then there would be no resources left to endanger civilians.

I seem to recall that there was a National Guard unit which made clear that they would not confiscate weapons during Katrina.

On another topic, I don't understand the use of the word "ambush". An ambush is happening when you don't expect to be attacked. If you are following a van which has been reported to contain guns and explosives, then you should not be surprised to be attacked.
