He!! no, Art 15 is for minor offenses. This could be a General Court Martial with penalty of death and it should be. However, it’s very likely the civilian courts in California will take the case although the AF may be able to try him after the civil proceedings. This is almost beyond belief, an Air Force cop ambushing and killed a brother cop. Hang this guy.

They will crack open AFR 160-42, AFM 160-1, and crawl into tech manual 8-240 and bust him out after medical incarceration under general conditions.
