s Confederate statues in the U.S. have been vandalized and torn down amid widespread Black Lives Matter protests, demonstrators in the United Kingdom have torn down a statue of a historic slave trader and protesters in Belgium have vandalized statues of King Leopold II, who was responsible for heinous crimes against colonized subjects in Africa more than a century ago.
Footage shared widely on social media showed protesters in the British city of Bristol tearing down the statue of slave trader Edward Colston, who died in 1721. Colston was a member of the Royal African Company, which is estimated to have transported about 80,000 Africans to the Americas as slaves. After the Bristol statue was torn down, it was dragged through the city's streets and thrown into the harbor's waters.

Next they should burn the libraries and museums.
There is no valid history or art from before the Revolution.

There are only a few people who can organize and fund so many disruptive riots and demonstrations in so many cities and on an international basis all at once. Soroznazi heads the list and this is precisely his M.O. too. And the timing is Politically right on track too.

Wait a minute. The oceans are rising due to Global Warming. This action will make them rise even more. Somebody should alert Greta Thunberg.
This was all organized very precisely and funded. I won’t say the death of Floyd was fake because it was under Floyd and police mitigating circumstances but the left jumped on this with incredible speed and fire. I think Saint Jogger was supposed to be the catalyst but that fizzled for some reason.
If these people have been so outraged all these years over the slave trade that occurred in Bristol (it was the center of the trade in England), and the monuments built to the slave traders, then why haven’t they ever elected a person of color as Prime Minister? Just asking.
The video they had of Chauvin holding Floyd down was more, ah, useful. I agree, though - I expected multi-city protests to erupt from the Georgia incident. They wave whichever shirt looks bloodiest, I guess.

We probably don’t have the intelligence apparatus to figure it all out because the agencies are likely all deepstate anti Trump...
Maybe this will wake people up to the fact that we shouldnt be importing minorities into our countries that hate our guts and not to give up on every fight in the culture war against liberals. Probably wont though
That’ll learn ‘im....
They need to throw out all the cocaine etc...
Maybe so. Alas, hes not drained the swamp much
So, what are they going to do with the statues of Sir Francis Drake and John Hawkins? Both sold slaves in the Americas, but also prevented the Conquest of England by Spain.
Decisions, decisions...
Truly many churches and synagogues have jumped the shark into secular humanism and communistic politics
This is one case where I approve taking down a statue.
Leopold II was up there in terms of body count. He should have been forced to abdicate by his own government, would have to know more about 19th century Belgian politics to understand why he wasnt.
That’s why I wonder why it was such a big deal when Germany invaded Belgium during WWI, why should we have given a crap about the frickin’ Belgians? Were the Germans really any worse?
Are they going to tear down the mosques too?
Few surviving religions are so closely tied to slavery and slave sales.
And anything having to do with the Aztecs or many other Mezo-American cultures...who not only engaged in mass slavery, but killed and ate them as well.
