The right for you to swing your arms ends when your fist connects with my face. That is not merely offensive on an intellectual level, that is an open assault, and invites retaliation in kind.
What these rioters (not to be confused with any kind of PEACEFUL protest) appear to have in mind is a real confrontation that comes right down to a physical clash, apparently with no ground rules of engagement at all.
Conflating the rioters with the constitutionally protected rights for people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of grievances, as defined in the First Amendment, is an intentional tactic to undercut whatever high moral ground may exist, and in doing so, moves from recognized concerns of citizens to rebellion and sedition. At this point, the terms of the Second Amendment kick in, when the entire citizenry is in danger of being fragmented.

I watched it & here’s another lie...
She brought up how Defense Sec’y Esper was totally against bringing in troops. Barr said that they were all in agreement to use them only as a last resort. Barr mentioned “last resort” a few times. Between Barr’s taped segments, Brennan said we’re standing by our reporting that Esper was against it & proceeded to play a clip of Esper saying so. However, I saw Esper say that it would only be as a last resort & Brennan didn’t play that part of Esper’s statement...not a surprise.

I see they arrested the black thug who threatened to destroy the Diamond District. I don’t know why they even bothered. Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance will just let him go.
