Broncos Support Black Lives Matter, Lead Denver Protest March
Breitbart ^ | June 06 2020 | DYLAN GWINN

Wearing black shirts that said, “If You Ain’t With Us, You Against Us,” dozens of Denver Broncos players, coaches, and staff, led a Black Lives Matter protest in Denver on Saturday.

The group was also joined by front office members such as CEO Joe Ellis. Head coach Vic Fangio also joined the protest. It does not appear that General Manager John Elway took part.

“We’re out here as players … to be an agent of change with policy and really taking part in the way this country works,” linebacker Jeremiah Attaochu told the crowd. “And that’s the only way we’re going to fix things — is if we use our voices to speak out on policies and things that are not allowing our people to be successful to have a chance in life. We can’t keep putting a Band-Aid on an old wound.”

Seems like professional sports are mostly BEGGING the fans to perform some sort of economic social distancing

I’ll play along with that!

Lost all my comments. Basically it is I’m through with professional football. Not watching, buying trading cards, paraphanelia.

If these guys really believe in their cause, let them donate 3/4 of their income to legitimate groups, not the con-artists of BLM and their affiliates.

AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN. They love their money more than the cause.

Yep, it was on the TV news tonight. They showed video of it happening.

Arrested 27-year-old James Marshall a defense attorney.

Marshall is facing charges of attempted second degree homicide, first degree assault, reckless endangerment, felony menacing, criminal mischief, illegal discharge of a firearm, and prohibited use of weapons.

According to a GoFundMe page set up by his niece, Alyssa Hatcher, Pruitt is a disabled veteran and currently on life support. He was airlifted to Colorado Springs where he reportedly passed. The charges will apparently be upgraded.

Here's a GoFundMe page right here in Colorado they could put some money into. But I won't hold my breath. I'm through with the NFL.

The victim was Danny Pruitt, a disabled veteran father of a young daughter who was driving past protesters in Alamosa CO and they put a bullet in his head. He died this evening in Colorado Springs.

Heh. That reminded me of Jim Marshall - one of the Vikings’ Purple People Eaters:

“Jim co-founded Professional Sports Linkage Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to helping inner-city youth realize their innate potential and find a better way of life than doing drugs to participating in gang warfare. In January of 1999, PSL changed its name to Life’s Missing Link Inc. LML’s goal is to continue to teach our youths the rules of “The Game of Life” and how to become happy, productive, successful members of our society. Jim is President, Director of Development and Public Relations for Life’s Missing Link.”

Thanks for the info. That’s a much better approach to productively helping others in “The Game of Life” than what we are currently seeing coming out of the NFL.

Just one more reason to never support the NFL, ever.
