This is how the Left works. They use simple and reasonable demands to establish a premise (Fed funds for cleanup). Once it’s accepted the principle is established (that the Feds provide Blue state cleanup funds). Then they go to their full intent.

Yes, knowing how careful Libs are with taxpayer’s money it will add up to a couple hundred million at least. But maybe if they get their contractors on Angie’s List....they’d have some savings??? Just sayin’.....
