You miss the point.

The leftist leaders are not interested in ending the rioting. They purposely everywhere allowed rioting to continue. They allowed and even supported looting because it is in practical effect wealth redidtribution

The primary function of the Democrat party is to produce wealth redistribution. Hence, looting accomplishes a primary goal not possible by political means.

I don't disagree, but those leftists are elected by liberals who may still end up voting for law and order. In that case, political solutions will beat back the war-by-proxy. That might be a temporary victory and obviously the enemy is not standing still.
