The Occupy rape tents were one case. But I haven't heard of rioters or looters doing rape on the side. Maybe I missed something?
It will happen. These riots are happening after dark, the energy is too high. Remember rape is about power, not sex.
It is just a historical fact when events of this magnitude are happening and be fanned...heck there were even rapes at Woodstock. The reporter during the Arab Spring and her entourage couldn’t stop them. If a million people show up for an angry, violent protest in DC...?
