Agreed. Unlike other “pollical” polls where (D)’s are oversampled regularly, this one isn’t as easy to fake. How would a pollster oversample blacks when polling only blacks? I guess anything is possible, just not as likely in this case.
The manipulation would be in deciding who to count as a likely voter.
