I-45 project will shorten commutes, but may force many to find new homes (links)
TxDOT’s $7 billion project to widen I-45 can potentially relocate more than 1,000 homes and 340 businesses.
The project will rebuild I-45 from downtown Houston north to Beltway 8, and change how it connects with other downtown freeways. That means rebuilding by removing pieces of Fifth Ward, the Northside, Acres Homes and Aldine.
The latest estimates show the rebuild would impact 158 houses, 433 apartments or condos, 486 public housing units, 340 businesses, five churches and two schools.
A series of new polls have also showed Trump trailing Biden nationally and in key swing states.
Mr Do Nothing allegedly leading vs a proven track record of success incumbent..
I guess “ folks” don’t remember how shovel ready jobs never materialized.
That was another of the promise everything deliver nothing administration that Joey was a big part of...
Who is answering these polls ?
Watching POTUS speaking LIVE, in the Rose Garden, now.
Jobs are back!
In spite of the China Plague!
The parasites and wreckers will have to re-group for a day, and come out with a new narrative.
Do these incredible job numbers include the millions of small business owners that are now bankrupt? Didn’t think so.
Watch for increased rioting/violence this weekend due to this major win for Trump and our country’s path to getting back to economic success.
No one. The Commie media just report what advances the agenda.
The Market thinks so too.
DOW at 27k this am.
You can hear the anger in the writer’s words. The MSM is now huddling on how to “neutralize” this good news for the country.
Yeah, come Sunday wallASS and the rest of the haters will have a new narrative from pelosi describing how it really means nothing. ..yada, yada, yada, ,,,,,,,And Now, lets get back to bashing Trump and the photo op. ......I really hate these people.
So, what’s next?
Military coup?
Something else IS in the works.
Polls at this point in time are practically useless.
Beware of what they show, in that they may be easily manipulated and broadcast for effect and not information.
Let’s take a look at an example.
Let’s say that one question is:
Do you think Trump is handling the COVID-19 crisis properly?
Well, almost guaranteed, 35-40% (or more, usually over-sampled) of the respondents are Democrats and will say NO!
Then, about the same number, 35-40%, of Republicans (Or less, usually UNDER-Sampled) will say YES!
That’s 20-30%, of the remaining people being ‘Independents’ or no party affiliation given. The ‘Mushy Middle’.
Of those, the split will usually be a mirror of the Dem/Rep numbers, and will determine the overall ‘lean’ of the poll.
If the majority of the remaining 20-30% think Trump is NOT DOING ENOUGH, they will say NO and be added to the ‘NO’ votes who think he is doing TOO MUCH!
So polls are typically useless this far out from the General.
Just ask Hilliary.......................
They will scream that an additional 3 million COVID deaths will result from the looters and cry that the we have to close down the country all over again.
Oh oh... Now what are the democrats going to do next!!
While I don’t wish ill health on anyone, I sure wouldn’t complain if 3 million looters and rioters got the virus.
Well thank goodness for them there’s a way to deal with bankruptcy and they can open backup Its unfortunate but the next time these business owners vote they need to remember who they put in office at the local level and who kept them shut down unnecessarily.
Well you’re being nice I wouldn’t care if there was a major gas explosion in the middle of all of them. Lol
No I didn’t say anyone explode anything I said a natural gas explosion . Maybe some cow farts can come along.
Ha haaaa!!! I love how he’s just throwing it in their faces!
