Walmart is locking down their stores at 5pm here in Central Texas. TEXAS!!! If that’s their response in this state, they should completely abandon big liberal cities. They won’t, because of the financial hit in doing so. But they see no issue in punishing Texans along with the rest of the country.

I went to my local Walmart yesterday. It was shut down. The Lowes nearby was open but the windows were boarded up.

10 years ago I was at a conference in San Antonio and visited a Wal Mart. The cosmetics were under lock and key. I was shocked! I am from small-town Texas. We still have open displays, plastic bags, plastic straws and styrofoam cups. I think the rest of the world and even parts of Texas has lost their mind.

Walmart in northern Idaho is just limiting/rationing the amount of meat you can buy, which is stupid, because people will just go out and blast a road rat (deer) if they need chili fixins.

Governor Abbott told POTUS Texas didn't need federal help, that "Texas can take care of itself!". Sure, if sitting with his thumb up his butt is his version of taking care of Texas.

They got rich in small towns. Expanding to cities is a relatively recent thing. I know some cities (D.C. Chicago?) resisted Walmart because they weren’t union.
