Not really. He’s an immense historical figure. The Party of Lincoln is dying a natural death after near 200 years thanks to President Trump shining a light on the GOPe Unipaty confidence game.

The major wings of the GOP have diametrically opposed agendas on key issues like immigration and trade. Trump has shown the establishment prefers progressive Demcocrats and their policy to the wishes of GOP base voters and there is no unringing that bell. Given that, why would any Trump voters ever vote for the Party of Romney? Answer: they won’t.

Lets face it, the Democrat/socialist movement have proven to be masters in maneuvering and manipulating the attention and cares of the population. After Trump, the deluge.

If one thinks that the party of Mitch McConnell will keep the name of Donald Trump, much less his policies, alive then one must believe that Mitch McConnell someday will be riding a horse somewhere in the desert on the road to Damascus.

Virtually all of the institutions in America and around the world are arrayed against the vision of nationalism espoused by Donald Trump. If Donald Trump does not gain another 4 years, the struggle to survive communist China will be lost. The struggle to maintain the Bill of Rights in America will be lost as we already see our rights to free expression and civil media evaporating before our eyes. Our debts are so great that only a policy of rapid growth can hope to swim out of this sea. No Trump, no growth.

Lincoln is remembered for saving the union and freeing the slaves into the bargain. Trump will be remembered, if at all, as the president who presided over the great national bankruptcy from a overblown fear of virus and a national insurrection. If he loses in November there will be no positive lasting success compared to Lincolns preservation of the union and the freedom of the slaves to remember. If Trump does not get a 2nd term, history will write this chapter as the beginning of the end.

If he prevails in November, he might go down as one of our great presidents.
