I wouldnt celebrate Plames loss. NM 3 has gone Republican exactly one time since the new district was created back in 1982. That was a squeaker win in an off-year special election. It was 1997 and it was to replace Bill Richardson, who held that seat from day one - well, January 3, 1983, anyway. The Republican candidate will not win there.
