Ducey should be enforcing (with the use of force) the laws against rioting, arson, looting, and insurrection. Arsonists and Molotov cocktail throwers get shot dead in the act. Violent attackers of innocent people (who face imminent death from the attack) get shot dead to stop the attack. Insurrectionists blocking the streets and highways get arrested on sight and are hit with multiple rubber bullets if they resist.
Ducey needs to go hide behind his mommy's skirt.... or better still, leave the United States and never come back.

The same reasons they always pick on law abiding citizens. We have a history of not fighting back. We've made ourselves easy pickings.
