One always does wonder where these mobs get their bricks and stones on streets where you can’t find a loose one ...

This isn't some city in Europe where the streets are cobblestones so they have to get them from "somewhere", right?

Yup. And I wasn’t just referring to the current riots, I mean pretty much any riot, including the ones I saw in person in LA in 92. I still don’t know where they got the bricks and rocks in that one; I knew those streets well and there weren’t any there before or after.
